| The business association that was to become "S8" commenced
in the property management services industry in December 1998
with the acquisition of The Moroccan management services business.
The company expanded in operations into additional management
services businesses, culminating in a portfolio of 4 properties
by June 2001 (Moroccan, Imperial Surf, Crown Towers, Phoenician).
In order to sustain the significant growth, S8 Limited was
successfully listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in December
2001. Since listing S8 has added many more properties to
its portfolio, plus acquired numerous other businesses.
S8 will continue to expand and transform as a dynamic publicly listed entity
through acquisitions, organic growth and development of "green fields" sites. |
